well at last it's sunny here after weeks of cold and rain - it probably won't last but it's certainly very welcome! Hope yours looks up soon!

We had two days of sunshine and sweathigh tempatures. Now we are back to rain but atleast our temps go as high as 18 degrees celcius.

Yep, prize of everything is going up. Everybody blames it on the energy (electricity, oil) prizes going up but i just think people just profit if they see the chance.

I hear ya, Laurie. It seems the weather is terribly messed up wherever you go. Parts of the U.S. are getting tons of rain. Other parts are dying for some precipitation. Tornadoes. There's a big snowstorm today in Montana. On June 11!

Gas is cheaper, relatively speaking, on this side of the border, but it's much more costly than before, and I live in an area which is rural--many miles between even the closest towns. Food costs, too. Somebody is robbing us with a cash register.

And on top of everything else, the Pens lost the Stanley Cup! Isn't life cruel sometimes?

Very funny Peter. YOU WANTED them to lose and all THREE of us know it....lol..
I am sorry but the weather here has been gorgeous. It was 93 today and a bit hot but not in my yard. Nice breeze and cool trees.
Well I have to drive everywhere in this town since this we are in the mountains and everything is five miles apart unless you live downtown. I still live 5 miles from the nearest store- all down hill which is uphill going back.
thankfully my little car gets good mileage and I consolidate every trip and take no needless ones.
Even if I do want pizza for dinner....
