The Manuscript of My Life

A Day at Jericho Beach

Monday was a beautiful day here, so I finally got to get out and take some photos with my new camera. Here are a few of my best shots.

I like the different layers that were created here from the trees, through the boat masts, and finally the skyline.

There were a LOT of ducks swimming around in the pond in the park, and they were not shy either. You can tell they are used to being around people. They swam right up to me.

This Great Blue Heron let me get pretty close to him to snap a photo. However, you can see he was keeping an eye on me.

While I was snapping pictures of the ducks, this crazy puppy came galloping down the hill, sploosing into the water and was just begging me to take his picture. He was so cute - I couldn't resist.

The dullness of winter and the deepness of the shadows kind of captivated me here. I am looking forward to spring when things turn all green again.

Great Photos

All of the photos are terrific, I'll have to tell Abe to drop over and take a look. Yes I am so looking forward to Spring this year. Right now it's pouring rain, I guess I shouldn't complain it could be snow and that would mean work. LOL They say high winds are suppose to start around noon and last till tomorrow morning. We'll see. I just don't want any tornadoes.

Hope all has been well for you and Donna.

That first picture should be put on a poster. It's just so colorful and interesting. Nice work!
